Marnee Palladino
President and CEO
MARN was founded by Marnee Palladino, a manufacturing entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing sales, business development, project management, and strategic growth. Her vision for MARN was built on a simple principle: manufacturers and customers achieve better outcomes when they are connected through knowledgeable, relationship-focused professionals who understand both the technical and business sides of manufacturing.
As President, CEO, and principal owner of MARN, Marnee is responsible for the company's strategic direction, principal relationships, and business development initiatives. She works closely with MARN's manufacturing partners to understand their capabilities, growth objectives, and ideal customer profiles while helping customers identify the manufacturing resources best aligned with their requirements.
Marnee is also actively involved in customer relationship management, outside sales development, and training MARN's field sales team. Her focus is on building long-term partnerships, creating opportunities for both customers and principals, and ensuring MARN remains a trusted extension of the organizations it represents.
Under her leadership, MARN has grown into a respected manufacturing resource network known for its responsiveness, technical understanding, relationship-driven approach, and commitment to helping customers successfully navigate complex manufacturing challenges.
A graduate of Cornell University and an avid golfer, Marnee resides in Connecticut with her husband and family.
Brenda Futrell
Vice President & COO
As Vice President & COO, Brenda Futrell is responsible for the operational foundation that supports MARN's continued growth and success. She oversees the company's internal processes, procedures, systems, and team development initiatives, ensuring that MARN delivers a consistent, high-quality experience to both customers and manufacturing partners.
Brenda plays a key leadership role in managing and developing MARN's inside sales organization. She is heavily involved in onboarding, training, performance support, and the ongoing refinement of the company's operational workflows. Her passion for process improvement and organizational effectiveness helps ensure opportunities are managed efficiently and that customers receive responsive, professional support throughout the sales process.
Working closely with MARN's customer support, inside sales, and administrative teams, Brenda is dedicated to building scalable systems that support growth while maintaining the personalized service and attention to detail that define the MARN organization.
Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Chemistry from Roanoke College. She lives with her husband and children in Virginia's Roanoke Valley, where they enjoy the natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
